Our mission is to empower the individuals and family members of the under-served South Asian and Middle Eastern immigrant population of Chicago and suburbs to better their quality of living through progressive education and valuable social services that will help sustain their well-being and independence.
Our mission is to create a healthy work environment for our employees because we value employee satisfaction as much as client satisfaction. For us, it is imperative to maintain communication between employees, clients and client’s families as listening to everyone’s opinion plays an important role in our decision making process. Our mission is to protect the rights of the people of our community and to uphold professionalism and ethical standards.
Whether you or your loved one needs no assistance or a great deal of assistance, there's a perfect community available to meet your needs. Those needing no assistance with daily activities such as dressing, eating, and bathing might consider an independent living community, while those needing some assistance, including cognitive, would be best served in assisted living. At the far end of the spectrum, nursing homes cater to those with significant health-care needs.
Our goal is to provide quality in-home care service to the ethnic elderly and disabled while providing fair wages and counselling to their homecare aides. With a growing number of population ageing and with an influx of immigrants, a large number of the ethnic elderly are often left unserved and overlooked. Many immigrants that migrated to the U.S. to help secure promising futures for their children now need help for themselves. These elders want to stay at their own homes and close to their culture that they have been so accustomed to. For many of these elderly folks with financial and personal impairments, this service is a viable solution and a far less expensive alternative to the cost of a nursing home.
