“I’m helping our staff and our supervisors fix the files and prepare them to be in the best condition for the state audit, so I’m traveling from location to location-training new people. I’m so happy when I train new people and when I see that they learned something from me and gain something from my long-time experience in this program. I’m meeting different people, so I have a chance to get to know everyone at our agency and make sure that we are all on the same page in the homecare services program.”
