Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedules and conducts three Day Pre-Service training for caregivers on the portal/onsite.

  • Must have the knowledge to use and play videos on the portal, and knowledge for troubleshooting, computer based pre-service trainings and make up In Service trainings.

  • Follow company guidelines and format for all the trainings.

  • Discuss and clarify all questions from caregivers and perform all tasks related to trainings like coordinating meals and refreshments for caregivers if it is performed at a location.

  • Explain the EVV procedure of clocking in and clocking out for their work schedule during hiring process.  Trainers are responsible for creating EVV ID for both Clients and workers if EVV Coordinators are not available.

  • Detailed explanation of in-home care services and do’s and don’ts of caregiving.

  • Check workers attendance/quiz grade and print agendas and place in the files if needed

  • Print quarterly reports and make reminder calls to workers for completing In-Service training in a timely manner.

  • Complete hiring paperwork for caregivers, by uploading and verifying required documents including their background results and name searches.

  • Schedule and manage make up in service trainings for all caregivers.

  • Maintain updated logs regarding scheduled trainees.

  • Preparation, set up, and cleanup before and after all Pre-Service trainings (if performed at office location).

  • Respond to phone calls and quickly adjust schedule as needs emerge.

  • Confirm and schedule appointments directly with HCAs for trainings.

  • Create Applicant credentials, verify email address, approve Applicant training requests, and explain to them how to reset their passwords.  Also, guide them on how to use the career and “W” portal. Make sure workers are not clocked in while attending In Service training.

  • Put away tablets and other accessories in a safe place after hiring and the in-house training is completed.

  • Ensures that clients are treated courteously by the HCA’s and that other visitors are screened and properly directed.

  • Works with other administrative staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and high-quality training is provided.  Also help with creating presentations, translations, etc.

  • Always demonstrates professional and customer service focused behavior, including manner of communication, responsibility, and appearance.

  • Answers high volume of incoming calls and questions on discussion portal promptly, courteously, and in a caring friendly manner, always ensuring outstanding customer service.

  • Maintains a clean and neat workstation/environment.

  • Other duties as assigned
