Who are We?

Sahara Home Care, funded by the Illinois Department on Aging, is a trusted in-home care provider serving seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Our organization was founded with a mission to support underserved communities, particularly within the South Asian and Middle Eastern populations in the Chicagoland area. Over time, we have grown to serve individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

We recognize that many seniors who need assistance with daily living and personal care often go without the support they deserve. Many prefer to remain in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by familiar environments and routines.

As the demand for culturally sensitive and affordable care continues to rise, Sahara Home Care remains committed to providing compassionate, reliable in-home services that meet the evolving needs of our community.

Founding Team

Sahara Home Care is guided by an experienced leadership team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. President Armaghan Rana brings over 23 years of expertise in CCP in-home care management, supported by a background in Computer Engineering.

With a strong focus on professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness, our team is committed to setting the standard for exceptional in-home care services.

Locations

We proudly serve clients throughout Chicago, DuPage County, parts of Lake and Will Counties, and most suburban areas of Cook County, with offices located in DuPage and suburban Cook County.

As the need for in-home care continues to grow, we are committed to expanding into additional communities where services are limited or underserved.

Our trained caregivers provide personalized support while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations. We offer a wide range of services designed to help clients maintain independence, improve quality of life, and navigate the challenges of aging.

We also work closely with families to ensure they feel supported and confident in meeting their loved ones’ unique dietary, physical, and emotional needs.
