Sahara Home Care Annual Staff Meeting 2025
Sahara Home Care proudly hosted its Annual Staff Meeting, bringing together team members from all 12 locations for a meaningful day of reflection, recognition, and celebration. This year’s meeting highlighted the tremendous progress we’ve made as an agency this past year, and honored the individuals and teams whose dedication continues to strengthen our organization.
This year, our administrative leaders gave away over 30 prizes to their dedicated staff. Staff members won prizes such as iPads and Apple Watches in a company wide raffle. This was a token of appreciation for the hard work and commitment put in throughout this past year.








































































Leadership shared key updates on agency wide growth, operational improvements, and successes achieved over the past year. From strengthening internal processes to expanding services, our progress is a direct result of the hard work, collaboration, and commitment of our team.
Here at Sahara Home Care we value recognizing our staff for their efforts. We were proud to award our excelling staff and assure them that their hard work does not go unnoticed.
The first awards we had the pleasure of announcing were the Outstanding Performance Awards. This award recognized individuals who consistently demonstrated excellence, leadership and dedication in their roles. This year’s Outstanding Performance Award recipients were:

Of our CCP Staff we recognized those whose work reflected accuracy and compliance with a Quality Work Award. This award was presented by our internal auditor Fatima Bojornavic to CCP personnel honoring their work excellence, accuracy and compliance. This year’s Outstanding Performance Award recipients were:

In the year of 2024 we had the honor of welcoming many clients into our Sahara family. The growth of the agency would not be possible without our team’s marketing efforts. The next award presented was honoring the team members that brought the Most Referrals in the year of 2024. This year’s Most Referrals Award recipients were:
