Staff Meeting 2023
Every year, we hold two staff meetings where all our staff members come together. These meetings help us keep our staff updated about any new policy changes, program updates, and also provide a social platform for members from all eleven locations to connect with each other. Our staff members eagerly look forward to these meetings each year. In the first meeting of this year, we added a creative twist to our routine introductions. We asked each location to create a short video introducing themselves and to be as creative as possible. These videos added entertainment value to our meeting, making it more engaging. We are excited to continue these meetings every year and thinking of new ways to engage our members.
