We are pleased to announce several new promotions. Aashiyabanu Shaikh will be taking over as the office manager for our Albany Park location and Amanda Nunez will be embarking in the newly created role of Portal Reliability Coordinator.

Aashiya has been with the company since 2014. She started out as a CCP Supervisor in the Skokie location and then transferred to the Chicago location in 2018 to serve as EVV Coordinator. After only a year, she was promoted as CCP Supervisor In-Charge of the the newly established Albany Park location.

“I am humbled and happy to receive this promotion. I am thankful to the management team for honoring this opportunity, ” Aashiya said in a statement.

Amanda started out as a CCP Supervisor in the Lombard location in 2014. She decided to take a break in 2018 due to personal reasons and then returned to Sahara in 2020 as a CCP Trainer for the Justice location. Shortly after, Amanda became involved in the portal development project for the online CRM program. In her new role, she will continue to work with developers to mange the online portal and assist with technical issues and inquiries.

“I didn’t get here alone and I wouldn’t be able to succeed in my position alone as it will always require teamwork and I am thankful to anyone who has been a helping hand or has been a stepping stone for me to grow,” Amanda said in a statement. “I am very thankful for this opportunity and I feel very blessed to be a part of an organization like Sahara especially because I am very proud to work for its founders and leaders.” 

Aleena Karim, formerly a CCP Trainer for the Bolingbrook location was also promoted to Program Coordinator Assistant, where she will be assisting Program Coordinator Samina Saeed with various administrative tasks. Latifa Hammadi was formerly an office assistant at the Skokie location, helping the Human Resources and Billing departments with clerical work. She will now be working closely with Human Resources Coordinator Habeeba Nazneen as a Human Resources Assistant.
