Homecare Aides and staff members can sign up for a health plan for 2021 during the open enrollment period from December 1-15. HCA’s that are working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to enroll in our group health insurance plan. Employees who wish to continue their coverage have to resubmit the required forms.
We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision plans. Any HCA or staff member who is not interested in health insurance should submit a Waiver of Coverage.
